Step 3 

Detailed Takeoff 

Using Planswift for precise measurements and Excel for clear breakdowns, we carry out a full digital takeoff for your brickwork. 

Step 4

Tender Compilation 

Once the takeoff is complete, we prepare your full tender package. This can include preliminaries, covering letters, material and labour breakdowns, programme timelines, and any other required documents, all presented professionally and ready for submission (If Requested)

Step 5

Delivery and Support 

We send your completed tender package in your preferred format and remain available for any clarifications, adjustments, or follow-up questions. Our goal is to ensure you can submit your tender with confidence.
